Customer restrictions

Supercube is a physical attraction. SparkOps disclaims any responsibility in case of incompatibility between the attraction and customers’ medical condition.

Supercube has some restrictions on age, height, and pre-existing health conditions to ensure the safe operation of the karts;

Participation is prohibited for:

  • Adults who, for medical reasons, do not have a driving license
  • Minors who, for medical reasons, cannot ride a bicycle
  • People who are unable to use both legs and one arm
  • People under 1m30 tall
  • People over 100kg
  • Minors under 18 and unaccompanied by an adult
  • People with asthma, epilepsy, anemia, heart conditions, respiratory problems, neck and back problems, weak eardrums, pacemakers, etc.
  • People who should not be in a stressful or physically demanding environment
  • People who have unexpectedly lost consciousness in the past 5 years
  • Pregnant women
  • People under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Safety Rules

The basic safety rules are as follows and must be strictly adhered to:

  • Wear closed toe shoes
  • Tie up long hair into a ponytail
  • Do not wear loose clothing, baggy clothing or scarves
  • Keep arms and legs inside the kart at all times
  • Do not unfasten your seatbelt at any time in the gaming area
  • Do not to get out the kart at any time in the gaming area
  • Do not walk in the gaming area
  • Do not purposefully cause physical contact between the karts
  • Do not touch the karts’ battery chargers
  • Do not enter the parking area without the agreement of the operator
  • Do not drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Customers arriving after the start of the briefing will not be able to play the scheduled game session.

Driving instructions

How to drive a kart:

  • Left pedal = brake
  • Right pedal = accelerate
  • Do not press the 2 pedals simultaneously
  • Steering wheel = turn left or right
  • Both hands must always remain on the steering wheel

Certification

The attraction is compliant with the relevant safety standards outlined within the Belgian and European Standard; BS EN 13814-1:2019 “Safety of amusement rides and amusement devices”.
